C-Suite Leader. Brand Architect. Founder. Culture Shaper. #boymom too!

Building brands, enterprises, and cultural platforms that drive growth, influence, and impact.
I am an enterprise and institutional leader whose career has spanned marketing, communications, brand and reputation, external affairs,
business development and organizational transformation. For more than
two decades, I have helped organizations grow, navigate change, strengthen their reputation and build the relationships, platforms and strategies that move institutions forward.
My work sits at the intersection of enterprise strategy, brand, reputation, external affairs, partnerships, revenue growth and audience engagement.
I have advised CEOs and executive teams, built and led high-performing teams, managed P&Ls, helped win and grow business, created new revenue streams and translated complex ideas into strategies that people can understand, believe in and act on.
Most recently, I led Marketing, Communications & Storytelling at REFORM Alliance, where I served as a senior advisor to the CEO and executive leadership and helped shape institutional positioning, reputation, stakeholder engagement and organizational growth. My work helped strengthen the national profile of an organization operating at the intersection of policy, culture and justice.
I also serve as Second Vice Chair of the Executive Board of HARLEM WEEK, helping steward one of New York City's most enduring cultural institutions
as it enters its next chapter. My work spans governance, institutional
strategy and growth, revenue, brand, strategic partnerships, sponsorships, media and external engagement, all with an eye toward what the next 50 years can look like.
Before that came chapters across Omnicom, WPP and the 4As, where I built brands, businesses, audiences, teams and new sources of revenue across global companies, agencies and industry organizations. I am also the founder of Brandation Nation and previously founded and led P.E.T.A.L., Inc.,
a youth development nonprofit serving girls and young women.
If there is a through line, it is this: I build. Brands. Businesses. Platforms. Partnerships. Institutions. And occasionally, something that didn't quite exist before.
There are a lot of layers to my story.
I am a Harlem born and grew up on cornbread and challah. Yes, both.
And somehow that combination explains a lot about me. I learned early
how to move between worlds, find the connection between seemingly different things and bring people along with me.
It has shaped the way I see culture, business, people and possibility.
And no matter where the work takes me, Uptown will always be home
and part of what I am committed to building for.
The rest of my favorite titles live outside the office: wife and very proud #boymom.
"Believe in yourself even if others do not believe in YOU. Be a vessel to the world by always seeking or being a light and share ridiculously!"
